Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project B.C Trust, Karkala Taluk organized World Anti-Tobacco Day Programme under Jnanavikasa programme at Bailur.

This Programme was chaired by Sri. Kamalaksha Nayak, a member of District Janajagruthi Forum. Udupi District Director, Sri. Shivraya Prabhu inaugurated the programme.

In the programme Sri. Uday Hegde, member of Janajagruthi Vedike released a pamphlet informing parents about the role of parents in maintaining health and protecting today’s youth.

In the programme Resource person Smt. Vijaya Bayi, Taluk Project Officer, Supervisors, Jnanavikasa Co-Ordinator, Sevaprathinidhi and others were present.
