SKDRDP has been providing basic needs to special schools, provides residential education and training to specially-abled children of the state under Navachethana programme.

So far through the project, a total of 71 institutions under Navachethana Programme have been provided with braille typewrite, braille library, construction of building, group hearing and other equipments worth Rs.82.59 has been devoted.
