Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, Sri. Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated the U.H.D milk packing and milk sachet packing unit organized by Haveri District Co-Operative Milk Producer’s Union. Various Ministers, MLA’s and Executive Director of SKDRDP Dr. L. H. Manjunath participated in this programme.

SKDRDP has provided additional subsidy for the construction of buildings, refrigeration center, collective milking units, milk tester, weighing machines and purchase of milk cans for rural associations.

Till now SKDRDP has provided Rs. 28.00 crores to 4,459 milk unions.
