SKDRDP has established 401 clean drinking water unit under the Shuddhaganga programme. In these Shuddhaganga units water purification machines are installed and toxins from the water are continuously eliminated and clean drinking water is provided to the consumers at Rs. 15 paisa per liter.

This programme has gained popularity, as through these units even the poorest families of the society are getting drinking water at very low rate. About 20.49 lakh liters of water is being distributed to an average of 5.12 lakh people of 1.02 lakh families every day.
