SKDRDP identifies Orphans, disabled and destitute who are struggling for day-to-day needs and medicines, and provide monthly destitute pension for them.

SKDRDP field staff identify such people in need of help by visiting their home. In the financial year 2022-23, Rs.13.25 crores of monthly destitute pension have been given to 15,775 people. Till now, 70,221 people have been benefitted through this programme.
