Smt. Manjula Gadigeppa Gowda Shivalli resident of Chikkamannur, Rona Taluk, Gadag District is the member of Annapoorneshwari SHG. She is living in undivided family having 14 members. This family had no own land and were working as coolie since last 18 years. She had inspired by other SHG members and joined the group to start a hotel business.

At first, she took 10,000 Pragathinidhi funds and started hotel in a smaller scale. Later she borrowed Rs. 2,00,000/- Pragathinidhi loan and developed the business in a large scale.

Now She is earning an income of Rs.4,000/- per week. By the help of family members and hard work now her family is living peacefully. By seeing their success others got inspired and joined the group and they are also living happily.

She says that, the reason for development of her family is only by the blessings of Lord Shri Manjunatha Swamy, Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade and guidance from the officials of SKDRDP.
