Under the guidance of Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade, SKDRDP entered an MOU with SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India) for providing financial assistance at competitive interest rate to SHG members for self-employment like grocery shop, hotel and catering service, sheet metal manufacturing unit, furniture shop, tailoring, cloth shop, etc.

SKDRDP has provided financial assistance of Rs. 840 crores to the 25,964 beneficiaries under SIDBI Samruddhi Prayaas Scheme.
