Under the guidance of Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade, to reduce the cost of cultivation and increase the yield SKDRDP has started “Yanthra-SRI” programme for the farmers.

Thimmannarasa of Aladangadi Palace, Dr. Padma Prasad, performed the symbolic launch of the mechanized paddy cultivation (Yanthra-SRI) programme to be implemented in the 35,000 acres of the state in 2023-24.

So far, a total of 2,46,723 farmers have been encouraged in the 76 taluks to completely mechanize the cultivation of around 52,361 acres of land.
