SKDRDP is providing basic amenities to the rural schools under the ‘Jnanadeepa’ Education programme.

So far, SKDRDP has provided an amount of Rs. 50.34 crore to the total 30,395 schools across the state for basic amenities such as, distribution of furniture, providing voluntary teachers in case of shortage of teachers, the construction and repairs of school buildings, community hall, school toilets, compound wall, drinking water, sports material, playground, electrification of schools, etc.
