Under the guidance of Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade, SKDRDP has formed a rescue team named ‘Shourya-Disaster Management Team’.

The volunteers undergo refreshment workshop in which Rtd. soldiers, Rtd. policemen, doctors, social leaders give training.

So far, a total of 74 ‘Shourya’ teams have been formed across the state which includes a total 9,450 volunteers and served in 1,21,000 social and disaster activities.
