The Director of Sirsi Sri. A. Babu Naik and Shri Shivananda Shivacharya Swamiji handed over the 577th rejuvenated “Basavana Katte” lake under ‘Nammuru Namma Kere’ programme at Suranagi Village, Soraba Taluk.
This village includes many lakes, in which total 9 lakes were rejuvenated under “Nammuru Namma Kere” programme.
The President of Gram Panchayat Sri. Parashuram, Project Officer, Agricultural Supervisor, members of Gram Panchayat and Kere Committee, Sevaprathinidhis and villagers were present in the programme.
