Till now, SKDRDP has installed a total 420 clean drinking water units under the name “Shuddhaganga” across the state.

The water purifying machines were installed in these water units to simultaneously eliminate poisonous substances and pathogenic viruses. This programme is getting popularity as it is providing purified water at the rate of Rupees 15 Paisa per Liter.

Daily a total 19,28,140 liters of water are being provided to 96,407 families through Shuddhaganga Unit.
