The Janajagruthi Officials Union Meeting and Navajeevana Samavesha programme was organized at Amruthavarshini Hall, Dharmasthala.

Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade, President of SKDRDP presided over the meeting and said, we can lead happy and peaceful life if our house and mind will be pure. De-addicting a person from addiction is very holy and pious work. This can only be possible through mental transformation and determination. The SKDRDP and Janajagruthi Vedike working effectively for this.

The President of Jnanavikasa programme Matrushree Hemavathi V. Heggade inaugurated the programme and said, SKDRDP and Janajagruthi Vedike is like 2 eyes for women’s life. It became a blessing for their brilliance and enthusiasm life. A small weakness can destroy a person’s wealth, health and honor. Thousands of people joined the de-addiction camps but only 1.20 Lakh people quitted alcohol. The de-addiction count should be increased. Sri  Shivacharya Swamiji of Herematha-Malendra appreciated the works done through SKDRDP.

The Trustee of Janajagruthi Vedike Smt. Shraddha Amith felicitated the achievers.

The Executive Director of SKDRDP Dr. L. H. Manjunath felicitated the members with “ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಣ್ಣ” ‘’ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮಿತ್ರ’’ awards. The Ex-President of Janajagruthi Vedike distributed the certificates to de-addicted members.

The Trustee Sri. P. V. Bhandari, Sri. Srinivas Bhat, Chief Operating Officer Sri. Anil Kumar S.S., State President of Janajagruthi Vedike Rajanna Mu. Koravi, Regional Director of Janajagruthi Vedike Sri. Vivek V. Pais and other staffs were present in the programme.
