1777th De-addiction Camp at Kallega, Puttur Taluk

Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggade, President of SKDRDP, participated in the 1777th de-addiction camp organized at Kallega, Puttur Taluk and said SKDRDP is working hard to create an alcohol-free society through organizing de-addiction camps.  It will be easy to become free from alcohol addiction when Panchendriyas are under control. Later, he congratulated the District Vedike, Taluk Vedike, Arrangement Committee, SKDRDP and Janajagruthi Coordinators from whom the de-addiction camp was succeeded.

The MLA Sri. Ashok Kumar Rai said that Poojya Heggadeji is honestly working for the society from the past 55 years, he is the main reason for the rejuvenation of temples.

Total 87 members participated in the de-addiction camp in which Sri. Praveen shared their experience in the programme.

18 years ago, Smt. Gulabi’s husband Sri. Annu joined the de-addiction camp and got free from alcohol. She expresses their past and present life experiences and improvements and she thanks Poojya Heggadeji and SKDRDP for supporting them.

Chief Operating Officer Sri. Anil Kumar S.S., President of Janajagruthi Vedike Sri. Lokesh Hegde, Directors, Project Officers, members of Janajagruthi Vedike, Shourya Team members, Supervisors, Sevaprathinidhis, Coordinators and villagers were participated in the camp.
