SKDRDP in collaboration with Forest Department organized a 5000 saplings distribution programme at Sharada Mantapa, Ujire. The Administrator of Shri Janardhana Swamy Temple Sri. Sharathkrishna Padvetnaya inaugurated the programme and said to think of protecting soil and nature. The Regional Director of Agriculture Department Sri. Manoj Menezes distributed the saplings in the programme. The Zonal Forest Officer Sri. Lokesh gave drive to plantation of saplings. The President of SHG Federation Sri. Seetharam R, Regional Director of Janajagruthi Vedike Sri. Vivek V. Pais, Project Officer Sri. Surendra, Agriculture Director Sri. Ram Kumar and Shourya Team Volunteers were present in the programme.
