SKDRDP Doddaballapura had organized the agriculture training related to Siri millet and soil testing at channapura village, Doddaballapura District.  The Agriculture Officer of Agriculture Department Sri. Naveen guided the farmers to use organic fertilizers and to balance the use of fertilizers for a good yield. It is the responsibility of all of us to protect soil which is the foundation for biodiversity. Crop conversion, use of green manure, bio-fertilizer, mixed crop system should be adopted for the better quality of production. The Project Officer Smt. Sudha Bhaskar gave information about the use of Siri millets. The Agriculture Supervisor gave information about the agriculture programmes of SKDRDP. The members of SHG Federation, Supervisors, Sevaprathinidhis, SHG and PBG members were present in the programme.
