: Jnana Vikasa Coordinators Training

A three-day capacity building training for Jnana Vikasa Coordinators was organized at the Centre for Rural Excellence (CRE) in Beltangady. Smt. Shraddha Amit, CEO of Kshemavana Nature Cure Center, Bengaluru, inaugurated the training by lighting the lamp and guided the Jnana Vikasa Coordinators on their duties.
Shraddha Amit stated that the Jnana Vikasa program is a crucial platform that has given a voice to women in rural areas. She emphasized that success is possible only when coordinators work with commitment in this program, which inspires women’s empowerment. She opined that satisfaction comes only when one transforms their profession into a passion, rather than just viewing it as a job. When working with women, coordinators must possess comprehensive knowledge on all subjects. She advised that since mothers participate in the Jnana Vikasa program, coordinators should perform their duties as gurus to gurus.
The program was attended by Sri.Duggegowda, Regional Director of Udupi Regional Division, Sri.Vittala Poojary, Director of Jnana Vikasa Program; Sri. Ramesh, Principal of Centre for Rural Excellence, Beltangady, Smt. Dharani, Faculty, all staff of the training center and 41 Jnana Vikasa Coordinators.
