A “Swasthya Sankalpa” and World No Tobacco Day programme was organized at the Government High School in Arabikothanur, Vemagal Taluk. The programme was attended by Shri Raghu, Project Officer, Smt. Usha, Supervisor and Smt. Siddeshwari, Headmistress of Government High School, Arabikothanur and other delegates. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by Headmistress Siddeshwari.

Project Officer Mr. Raghu provided valuable information and guidance, emphasizing the importance of staying away from harmful habits, prioritizing health, and maintaining cleanliness.
The Headmistress of the school praised the efforts of the Shri Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP). She highlighted that SKDRDP’s “World No Tobacco Day” programme guides youth towards a better life and provides direction to society, especially in working towards a crime-free society, and Tobacco free society
