On September 9, 2025, a “Swasthya Sankalpa” program was held for students at St. George Pre-University College in Nelyadi. The event was organized by Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, B C Trust (R) Nelyadi Zone of Kadaba Taluk,

The program was presided over by Shri Jayananda Bantriyal, the President of the Jana Jagruthi Vedike Nelyadi Zone. Shri Elias, the principal of St. George Pre-University College, inaugurated the event and provided guidance to the students. The resource person for the event was Shri Rakesh Rai Kedenje Guttu, a member of the Akhila Karnataka Jana Jagruthi Vedike Trust (R) Kadaba Taluk. He delivered an excellent talk on the harmful effects of drugs. Shri Jayananda Bantriyal, the president of the Jana Jagruthi Nelyadi Zone, delivered the introductory speech and welcomed everyone.

The chief guests in attendance included Shri Ismail Nelyadi, an advocate; Shri G. Varghese, a member of the Jana Jagruthi Vedike Nelyadi Zone, and others. They all wished the program success.
The Nelyadi Zone Supervisor, Shri Ananda D.B., compered the program and gave the vote of thanks. The JCI Project Director, Vinyas Bantriyal, and all the students were present at the event.
