In Mookikere village of Didaga taluk, a Vatsalya house was handed over to Jayamma, conceived under the vision of Hemavathi V. Heggade, like a soothing spring of compassion and a ray of hope in the lives of the distressed.
The Vatsalya house handover programme was organized, during which the Regional Director Shri Shinappa conveyed his best wishes and spoke about the socially responsible initiatives of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, emphasizing that the organization does not engage in activities without grassroots-level planning.
District Director Shri Satish Suvarna addressed all the members and spoke about the 800-year history of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala. He explained that under the fourfold charitable traditions (Chaturdana)—Anna Dana (food donation), Vidya Dana (education), Abhaya Dana (protection), and Aushadha Dana (medical aid)—various services are being carried out.
