Shri Sharadadevi Pooja and Aksharabhyasa Ceremony Held at Emmiganur, Kampli Taluk

A Shri Sharadadevi Pooja, Aksharabhyasa (initiation into learning), and religious assembly was successfully conducted in the Emmiganur zone of Kampli taluk.

As part of the program, 264 couples along with their children participated in the Aksharabhyasa ceremony. The event was inaugurated and addressed by the Honourable MLA of the taluk, Shri J. N. Ganesh. In his address, he emphasized that all parents must understand the importance of education along with moral and cultural values for their children. He stated that while the government provides free education, the Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) has been extending numerous educational facilities, including the provision of Sujnananidhi teachers, construction of school buildings, and several other educational initiatives. He appreciated the institution for strengthening the grassroots population socially, religiously, and economically.

The program was graced with divine presence by Pujya Sri Vamadeva Mahanta Rajadeshikendra Shivacharya Mahaswamiji, who stated that Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade ji is a pioneer of social transformation and that transforming a religious center into a hub of social reform is commendable. He called upon everyone to take responsibility for providing quality education and cultural values to children. Pujya Sri Jadesha Tatanavaru also blessed the gathering with his presence and benedictions.

Shri Kiran Ramji, State Project Head of the Yuva Brigade, spoke about the importance of children’s education and moral upbringing.

The program was attended by District Director Shri Rohitaksha, Smt. Jayamma, Smt. Kavita, Smt. Sharada, Shri Sudheer, Shri Sadashivappa, and Shri Gadli Nagar Reddy, Taluk Project Officer, who delivered the welcome address and proposal. Supervisors and other officials were also present.
