Shri Guru Raghavendra Swamy Pooja and Religious Meet was organised by Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) at the Hosabedi area of Saligrama.The programme was presided over by Sri Siddeshwara Swamiji of Arakere Sri Virakta Math, who inaugurated the event and addressed the gathering.

In his message, Sri Siddeshwara Swamiji said that remembrance and meditation of God make human life meaningful. He stressed that people should participate in religious programmes with faith and a pure mind, follow the guidance of gurus and elders, and that parents should provide good education and moral values to their children.

The programme was attended by District Director Mamatha Rao, Taluk Project Officer Umesh Poojary, Supervisor Dharanappa gowda, Pooja Committee office-bearers Rajegowda, Gouramma and C.V. Manjunath, along with local leaders, SKDRDP staff, Sevaprathinidhi, federation office-bearers, women SHG members and devotees.
