The Jnana Vikasa Kendra in Bhadravathi 2, recently held its annual day celebration. The event was presided over by Smt. Ratnamma, a member of the Federation Center. Smt. Lakshmi, PDO of Maidolu Gram Panchayat, attended as the chief guest and emphasized the significant efforts of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala in women’s empowerment.

Shri Halooji Rao, a respected dignitary from the village, praised the women’s excellent organizational skills and talent display, particularly noting their achievements in a male-dominated society. Various competitions were organized for the members, including basketball, biscuit fighting, pyramid building with paper cups, musical chairs, threading a needle, flower bouquet preparation, nutritious food preparation, monologue and fancy dress. Prizes were distributed to the winners.
