On August 26, 2025, a program was held in Shirhatti taluk to distribute sanction letters for the 125 “Sujnananidhi” scholarships approved for the current year. During the event, the Honorable MLA, Shri Chandru Lamani, wished the students well for their future. The program was attended by Shri Shivaprakash B. Mahajanshettar, former president of G.J.V. Gadaga; Shri H. Nanaki Naik, Block Education Officer; Shri Channayya Devoor, Police Inspector, Shirhatti Police Station; and other delegates.
