On August 25, 2025, an environmental program was organized by Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, B.C. Trust (R), Arakalagudu, at the Government High School in Kattepura. The program was inaugurated by the Taluk Project Officer, Shri Prakash Mogaveera, who lit a lamp to commence the event.

Speaking at the event, he stated that SKDRDP organizes several public information and awareness programs. He advised the public to make proper and effective use of the facilities provided by the project. He also explained the benefits of the environment to human beings and how keeping our surroundings clean greatly aids environmental growth.

The school’s teacher, Smt. Triveni, who presided over the function, said that the program was organized to create environmental awareness among the students. She urged all students to understand the importance of the program and play a significant role in environmental protection.

The program was attended by Shri Sunil Kumar M, Agriculture Supervisor; teachers Smt.Jyoti, and other delegates.
