In the valedictory program of the Mehndi Design training organized at the Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project – Beltangady Laila Rural Excellence Training Centre. The Principal of the training institute, Shri Ramesh,  said that continuously learning Mehndi design can lead to higher skills and greater income earning potential. He stated that the institution’s objective in offering the training free of cost is to enable women to start their own businesses without depending on others. This can boost women’s self-confidence. They can also attain respect in society and lead self-reliant lives. He further mentioned that this training is a self-employment opportunity that allows earning without any capital investment. He distributed certificates to the trainees and wished them well.

A total of 27 members, who are partners in the project, participated and benefited from the training. Smt. Harshitha served as the resource person and conducted the classes. Training Coordinator Jayashree managed the program and offered the vote of thanks.
