A skill development training program was organized for Seva Representatives of Jagalur Taluk. The training was inaugurated by Shri Praveen Kumar, District Director, by lighting the lamp. He provided guidance on scheme activities, duties and responsibilities of Sevaprathinidhi achieving targets beyond expectations, He also emphasized effective implementation of all taluk-level programs and the role of Seva Representatives in successful execution.

The training sessions were conducted by Shri Ashwath Kumar District MIS Project Officer, Shri Prahlad, BC Manager, Mr. Prakash, District Vigilance Officer, and Shri Naveen Shetty, Faculty from Udupi Training Institute. A total of Seva Prathinidhi participated in the training. Smt, Akshata, Finance Manager, and were present during the program.

The program began with a welcome address by Mrs. Vasanti Ameen, Project Officer, and was moderated by Ms. Sudha, Jnanavikasa Coordinator. Participants expressed satisfaction, stating that the training provided new insights into schemes and activities, beyond routine target-oriented meetings, and motivated them to work more effectively in the field.
