Former Minister Shri Suresh Kumar Handover Vatsalya House to the Destitute Women

The “Vatsalya House initiative of Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP), Under the visionary guidance and aspirations of Matrushree Dr. Hemavathi V. Heggade and Poojya Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, a house was constructed for Smt. Ningamma, a resident of Narayanapura village in the Kudur Zone of Magadi Taluk.

The formal handing-over ceremony was graced by the former Minister for Law and Education, Shri Suresh Kumar. Upon visiting the newly constructed home, the former minister officially handed over the keys to the beneficiary and offered his heartfelt blessings. During his address, Shri Suresh Kumar expressed his deep admiration for the Vatsalya Program, noting that the selfless social welfare initiatives led by the Heggade family are truly transformative. He lauded the project for bringing light into the lives of the underprivileged and praised the disciplined execution of such humanitarian tasks.

The event was attended by several key officials and community leaders, including the Regional Director of the Mysore Division, Shri Jayanth Poojari, and District Director Shri Jayakara Shetty. Also present were Project Officer Shri Annappa, Sankighatta leader Shri Srinivasa Murthy, and various village heads. The program was further supported by the active participation of Jnanavikasa Coordination Officers and Seva Pratinidhis, all of whom joined together to celebrate this milestone of social service and community care.
