The 46th Annual Summer Yoga Camp was formally inaugurated at the Sri Kalyana Kalasheshwara Sabha Bhavana in Kalasa. Seven-day initiative is organized under the divine guidance of Rev. Rajarshi Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade as a collaborative effort between the Shantivana Trust and the SKDRDP BC Trust.

The program is meticulously designed to enhance public well-being through structured sessions of Yogasana, Pranayama, and Meditation, conducted during the morning and evening hours across the villages of Kalasa, Sringeri, and NR Pura taluks. During the inaugural ceremony, the District Director, Shri Sadananda Bangera, provided strategic insights and guidance regarding the organization’s ongoing community welfare projects.

The event featured the participation of several distinguished dignitaries, including: Smt. Savithri G. Joshi, who performed the official inauguration. Shri Muralidhar Bhat, Member of the District Janajagruthi Vedike, who presided over the function and Dr. I. Shashikanth Jain, Director of the Yoga and Moral Education Scheme, who delivered the introductory remarks.
