The inauguration of the new project offices of the SKDRDP at Tumakuru District and Tumakuru Rural was held in the divine presence of the Swamiji of Sri Karadeshwara Mutt. On this occasion, the Chief Executive Officer of SKDRDP, Shri Anil Kumar S.S., formally inaugurated the offices and provided guidance to the staff and field functionaries.

Addressing the gathering, Tumakuru City MLA Shri G.B. Jyothi Ganesh appreciated the efforts of SKDRDP, stating that the organization has been effectively and transparently implementing government programs and ensuring that the benefits reach the people efficiently.

Speaking at the event, CEO Shri Anil Kumar S.S. highlighted the scale and impact of the organization. He noted that under the Rural Development Project, there are around 22,000 self-help groups with a membership of approximately 44,000. The organization operates through 40 offices across the state.

He further stated that, in collaboration with the government, SKDRDP has disbursed loans worth Rs.1,789 crore to beneficiaries without requiring any security. This initiative has facilitated financial transactions amounting to nearly Rs.20,000 crore, effectively creating a sustainable cycle of economic activity within communities.
