Dr. D. Veerendra Heggadeji presided over the “De-Addicts’ Meet and 100-Day Celebration” organized by the Akhila Karnataka Janajagruthi Vedike of Shri Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP), in the divine presence of His Holiness Sri Sri Shantha Mallikarjuna Swamiji of Arameri Kalancheri Mutt, Virajpet.

During the programme, the poster of the Janajagruthi Vedike’s “Navajeevana Sakshya” documentary film was released. On the occasion, Navajeevana members who have helped transform many individuals into an addiction-free life were honoured with the “Jagruti Anna” and “Jagruti Mitra” awards.
