As part of the 6th Anniversary of “Shourya” Disaster Management Programme, Revered Dr. D. Veerendra Heggadeji and Smt. Hemavathi V. Heggade inaugurated the “First Response Training Programme” organized for Shourya volunteers of taluk committees across the state. They conveyed their best wishes to the Shourya volunteers.
As part of the programme, provided training to 180 members of Emergency Response Team from Dakshina Kannada district by the NDRF team from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Volunteers and committees that rendered exemplary service were recognized and felicitated during the event.
