The Federation Office Bearers’ Training Programme was conducted at the Nayaka Community Hall, Tippuru, in K.R. Nagar. The programme was organized to strengthen the leadership and management skills of federation office bearers and enhance the effective functioning of the federation.

The programme was attended by Shri Sadananda Devadiga, Project Officer; Shri Rajesh, District Audit Manager; Shri Anand, Insurance Coordinator; along with 60 federation office bearers and members.

During the programme, the resource persons emphasized the importance of punctuality, active participation, and effective coordination among the office bearers. They advised that federation meetings should be conducted once every three months on a regular basis to review activities, strengthen teamwork, and ensure the smooth implementation of the organization’s programmes and services.
