Gandhi Smriti and Public Awareness Convention Held at Sulya

The Gandhi Smriti and Public Awareness Convention was organised on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti at the Asha Prakash Shetty Bunts Community Hall in Kerpala village under the Sullia Project Office. The programme was inaugurated through the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Kumari Bhagirathi Murulya, MLA, Sullia, in the presence of Sri U. T. Khader, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of Karnataka. The dignitaries extended their best wishes for the successful conduct of the programme and highlighted the importance of Gandhian values and social responsibility.

Speaking on the occasion, Sri Anil Kumar S. S., Chief Executive Officer of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, called upon the public to lead an addiction-free life and make positive choices for the well-being of their families. He emphasised that staying away from addictions helps ensure peace and harmony within the family and contributes to building a healthy and secure future for individuals and society.
