Under the auspicious blessings of Parama Poojya Rajarshi Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade ji and Mathrushri Dr. Hemavathi V. Heggade, a program for the “Distribution of ‘Sujnananidhi’ Scholarship Sanction Letters” was organized in the auditorium of Vidyasagara School, within the Kagawada Assembly Constituency, as part of the community development program. Following this, Shri Sheetala Patil, State Vice President of the Jain Association, addressed the gathering. He praised the comprehensive development taking place in society due to the social welfare activities undertaken by revered through the Dharmasthala Institution. He stated that, with the vision that children from poor families should also receive higher education hence thousands of crores in scholarships are being provided annually to support children’s education. He extended his best wishes, urging the students who have been sanctioned the scholarship to make good use of it and achieve excellent education. Smt. Nagaratna Hegade, District Director, Athani District, addressed the program, providing information about the scheme’s programs. She also informed the members about financial discipline in the groups and the importance of the Sangha in helping women lead a self-reliant life. She advised the children receiving the Sujnananidhi scholarship to use the funds to support their education and wished the students a bright future.

Sujnananidhi scholarship outlay of 70 lakhs was spent on 160 students.
