Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project(SKDRDP) has been providing free self-employment–oriented training every year at the Rural Excellence Training Centre, Belthangady. Beneficiaries should use this opportunity as a motivation to lead a self-reliant life. Those who possess determination and willpower can achieve success, and success requires hard work, said Shri Krishna T., Director of the institution, while addressing the valedictory programme.

During the programme, Shri . Ramesh, Principal of the Training Centre, stated that continuous practice and a learning mindset are essential to achieve excellence in one’s profession, and only then can one attain meaningful results. He later distributed certificates to all the trainees and congratulated them.

A total of 45 trainees participated and benefited from the training. Ms. Harshitha, Make-up Artist, served as the resource person and conducted the classes. Ms. Usha, Tailoring Instructor, was also present. Ms. Jayashree, Training Coordinator, compered the programme and proposed the vote of thanks.
