In Sankeshwara Taluk, the first monthly meeting was organized for all members of the Navajeevana Samithi who participated in the 2029th De-addiction Camp. This meeting served as a crucial follow-up for those beginning their journey toward a new life.

The event was officially inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by Smt. Shobha, a member of the District Jana Jagruthi Vedike, and Shri Prakash Kanagali, the Vice-President of the committee. Their presence underscored the community’s commitment to supporting individuals in maintaining a sober and healthy lifestyle.

Distinguished District Director Shri Vittal Salian presided over the meeting, providing vital information and guidance to the Navajeevana members to encourage their continued progress. The gathering also saw the participation of Taluk Project Officer Shri Vinayaka Kakambi, committee official Shri Nazir Mastoli, as well as supervisors and service representatives from the Sankeshwara and Nidasoshi sectors. Together with the Navajeevana Samithi members, they reinforced the collective strength required for successful social reintegration.
