The Navajeevanotsava program was organized at the Sri Shivaraya Mutya Sabhamantapa in Halyal village of Athani taluk. On the occasion, District Director Smt,Nagaratna Hegde delivered the introductory address and explained the various activities of the project as well as the functions of the Navajeevan Committee. She also highlighted the importance of conducting pooja and bhajans.

Founder President of Janajagruti,Shri Sanjay Nadagouda, spoke and appreciated the programs being carried out under the guidance of the revered Dharmasthala. President of Janajagruti, Shri Amar Durgannavar, stated that the Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, established by the revered leader, is a model for the entire world. He further mentioned that the organization has helped to reduce unemployment and, through de-addiction camps, enabled many families to lead peaceful lives.

Members of Janajagruti including Shri Paragouda Shiraguppi, temple representative Shri Shyam Poojari, Taluk Project Officer Mr. Rajabali Melinamani, Janajagruti Supervisor Umesh Hadagali, Zonal Supervisor Kumari Shanta Poojari, Sevaprathinidhi, and members of the Navajeevan Committee were present at the program.
