A Vatsalya House Handover Programme was organised at Kalluru village of Gubbi Project Office of Tumakuru-1 District. The programme was inaugurated by Smt. Shraddha Amit, Chief Executive Officer, Kshemavana and Founder of the Jnanavikasa YouTube Channel, by lighting the ceremonial lamp. She handed over the Vatsalya house to beneficiaries Sri Dharanesh and Smt. Dhanalakshmi and conveyed her best wishes to the family.

Sri Sheenappa M., Regional Director, Bengaluru Regional Division, Smt. Bharathi Srinivas, Director, Tumakuru Milk Union, and Sri Satish Suvarna, District Director, along with local dignitaries and federation representatives, participated in the programme. Smt. Bharathi Srinivas highlighted the importance of women actively participating in Jnanavikasa activities, gaining knowledge about self-employment opportunities and becoming financially self-reliant. She also emphasised the role of mothers in imparting cultural values and good practices to their children.

The programme was attended by Gram Panchayat President Sri Mohammed Yusuf, local dignitaries, Jnanavikasa Coordinators, Sevapratinidhis, Supervisors, Agriculture Officer, Internal Auditor, Recovery Supervisors, federation representatives and members of the Jnanavikasa Centre. The dignitaries appreciated the social development initiatives undertaken by SKDRDP.
