Appreciation for the Social Works of Poojya Heggadeji by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modiji

Rev. Shri. D. Veerendra Heggadeji met Honorable Prime Minister of India Sri. Narendra Modiji in the Parliament House, New Delhi and discussed about the MPLADS.

Heggadeji started a milk revolution in the backward area of Bidar District and encouraged dairy farming through developing many milk unions in collaboration with KMF. Previously 18,000 litres of milk were being collected in the Bidar District which was later increased to 60,000 litres through SKDRDP. The goal has been set to store 1 lakh litre of milk in just few months. This has become a remarkable growth in the dairy farming.

SKDRDP has successfully provided about 3 crore CSC services to the people through its 10,000 CSC Centers and more than 1.40 crore people have been registered under the major health scheme of Government called “Ayushman Bharath”.

The Prime Minister appreciated Heggadeji for all his social works and said these works are the model for the great utilisation of MPLADS.
