I have applied sugnanidhi in 2022-23 the amount of 400rs was coming but in 2nd semester I have failed in one subject from then I have not applied because for applying for renewal I should clear in all subject but I have cleared all subject in 3rd semester and I have not kept any back log. Now I am pursuing BE in SDMCET Engineering Dharwad by lateral entry and I got this seat by DCET exam. So can I apply for renewal or apply for new application please let me know.
