In Dharmasthala, a gathering of 2900 de-addicted individuals and a centenary celebration program was successfully organized under the Akhila Karnataka Janajagruthi Vedike. Honorable Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, who presided over the event, urged the de-addicted individuals to mingle lovingly and trustingly with their family members and not fall prey to bad habits for any reason. Pujya Maharaja Niranjan Jagadguru Fakira Dingaleshwara Swamiji, who attended the program as a guest, stated that humans should not become slaves to addictions.. On this occasion, the CEO of Kshemavana Smt. Shraddha Amith inaugurated the Swasthya Sankalpa programme. During the programme Shri Dr. Vinaya Alva of Moodabidri presented the Jagruthi Anna and Jagruthi Mitra awards. Shri Anil Kumar.
