On July 18, 2025, in Channavadayanapura, Begur, Gundlupete Taluk, Chamarajanagar District, an Anti drug awareness program was held at the Morarji Residential School in Yadavanahalli. Shri Puttaswamy served as the resource person for the event, “On this occasion, he stated that youth are truly the assets of the country. However, today’s generation of “youth are unfortunately addicted to drugs and as a result, they are spending their crucial period in non-productive ways. It is imperative that our youth recognize the devastating impact of drug addiction, reject these harmful habits and channel their immense potential towards constructive endeavors to become truly productive citizens.” The program  was attended by 104 students.
