A Nutritious Food and Millet Awareness Program Held in Hosadurga.

An awareness program on nutritious food and millets was organized by the Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project Office in Hosadurga Taluk, During the program, speaker spoke in detail about women and their importance. They explained that consuming food prepared from millets improves health and that our ancestors, who used these traditional food items, were very healthy.

It was also mentioned that Hosadurga is a leader in millet cultivation. It was highlighted that health can be maintained by preparing food from millets like foxtail millet, finger millet, kodo millet, and others. The program provided information on the use of millets and the importance of nutritious food.

The millet growers included Shri Swami, and the event was attended by Gram Panchayat Vice President Smt. Surekha, Federation President Komala, and Area Project Officer Shivanna S and other delegates.
