1974th Alcohol De-addiction Camp was held at the Mali Community Hall of Shri Amba Bhavani Temple in Savalagi, of Jamkhandi Taluk of the Bagalkot District. A number of prominent individuals participated in the program. The event was presided over by Shri Sushilakumar Belagali, President of the De-addiction Camp Management Committee. The chief guest, Shri Chennakeshava, District Director of the SKDRDP, was present along with Shri Nagesh Y.A., Project Officer of the Akhila Karnataka Janajagruthi Vedike. During the program The chief guest, Shri Chennakeshava, stated that the de-addiction camp is a sacred and community-based program, not just a Dharmasthala initiative. He emphasized that the SKDRDP has achieved extraordinary success and earned global recognition through its various public-focused programs. He praised the excellent cooperation of the management committee and Janajagruthi Vedike.
The welcome address was given by Shri Ningappa G., the Project Officer. The vote of thanks was offered by Shri Parashuram Koturu, the Supervisor. Shri Sachin, a Janajagruthi Supervisor, served as the anchor or master of ceremonies for the event.
