The Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project B.C. Trust (Reg.), Udupi Taluk, organized a program on Profitable Dairy Farming under the Raithakshetra Pathashale initiative at the residence of Ramdas Pai in the Kemmannu area of the Malpe Zone.

Shri Krishna, President of the Pragathibandhu Self-Help Groups’ Federation, Malpe Zone, presided over the program. Smt.Vijaya Pai inaugurated the event.

Dr. Keerthi, a Veterinary doctor, served as the resource person, providing information on profitable dairy farming, government schemes, and vaccination. Dr. Varun Kumar, Veterinary doctor, , informed the attendees about how Rabies spreads and precautionary measures. Walter Furtado, a professional farmer, shared his dairy farming experiences. Manjunath Prasad, Agriculture Officer, managed the program. Smt. Suma, theSeva Prathinidhi of the Thottam area, welcomed the gathering.

Smt. Sujatha, Zonal Supervisor, along with zonal Seva Prathinidhi, farmers, self-help group members, the Federation President Smt. Malathi Ramesh, and members of the shourya Disaster Management Unit of Malpe Zone, were present.
