A millet processing unit has been opened in Dharwad to produce value added products by processing quality organic millets by SKDRDP. Executive Director of SKDRDP Dr| L. H. Manjunath inaugurated Siridhanya Research Center, Siridhanya Library and Siridhanya – Siripaaka Studio.
For farmers agricultural land harvesting purpose, SKDRDP has started Rental Harvesting Machineries Service Center (Harvester Bank) at Davangere’s Anagodu and Kalasthavadi of Mysore. In these two service centers, a total of 40 Multi-crop harvesting machineries are available and so far, 69,665 farmers of the state have harvested 1,56,746 acres of agricultural area.
