Vatsalya House Handover Ceremony at Madhugiri Taluk

Shri Govindappa, son of Sanjeevappa, a Vatsalya beneficiary from Kodlapura village of Madhugiri Taluk, Tumakuru-2 district, has been receiving a monthly allowance of Rs.1,000 from the SKDRDP since 04.02.2025, and has so far received a total of Rs.9,000. As he was in need of a house, a Vatsalya house sanction was approved on 29.08.2025. The construction work started from 04.09.2025, and the Vatsalya house handover program was conducted on 07.10.2025. The program was attended by the former Chairman of the State Skill Development Corporation, Shri Muralidhar Halappa, and the District Director, who officially handed over the house.
Identifying him as a destitute person, the SKDRDP acted like a Kalpavruksha, providing him with the Jnanavikasa program, and subsequently constructing a Vatsalya house so he can live peacefully. He wholeheartedly expressed his sincere gratitude to the Most Venerable Dharmadhikari Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade ji and Matrushri D. Hemavathi Heggade and all the project officials for this help.
Vatsalya beneficiary Govindappa shared his feelings, stating that the monthly allowance provided by the SKDRDP has been helpful for him to afford three meals a day. In such a situation, where he had no house and was struggling to live during the rainy season, the Project has done him a great favor by building a Vatsalya house. He expressed that this has enabled him to live his life peacefully.
