As part of the Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project, under the BC Trust (Regd.) Kasaragod Women’s Knowledge Development Program, a street play was organized by the Samsara Kalathanda Jodu Marga group . The event was inaugurated by Shri Shyam Prasad, ward member of Badiyadka, with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony. The program was presided over by Shri Sunil Kumar, President of the association.

The Knowledge Development Coordinator delivered an introductory speech highlighting the objectives of the program. The artists, led by Maunesh, performed the street play, conveying important social messages on topics such as responsible water use, the harmful effects of excessive mobile phone usage, traffic rule compliance, diabetes, heart-related illnesses, cancer, and segregation of wet and dry waste. These messages were presented through a combination of awareness songs and engaging street performances by the Maunesh Vishwakarma group.
