A Jasmine Cultivation Training Programme was conducted in the village by Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP), BC Trust, Bajpe Project Office. The training was organized by the S Kodi work area of Kilpadi Circle.

Jasmine farmer Smt. Damayanthi participated as the resource person and explained how women can take up jasmine cultivation as a profitable livelihood. She provided practical guidance on the use of fertilizers and techniques for proper flower plucking and bundling.

The programme was attended by Project Officer Shri Girish, Janajagruti member Shri Hemachandra Shettigar, Federation office-bearer Monica, Circle Supervisor Lalitha, S Kodi Seva prathinidhi Vishalakshi, federation members, and villagers.
